At the CCNY Invitational last Sunday, the Bears finished 12th place, while the Lady Bears took 15th. Tuesday's dual meet with Medgar Evers saw the women take the victory while the Cougars defeated the men's team.

The Bears finished in 19th and Lady Bears finished in 18th at the Staten Island Invitational on Sunday. Thomas Rushin and Rebecca Ramirez were the top finishers for the second straight meet.

Bears junior Thomas Rushin was named as the Association of Division III Independents Runner of the Week following his performance at the York College Invitational

Junior Thomas Rushin finished in 16th overall pacing the Bears to a 4th place team finish. Freshman Rebecca Ramirez finished in 29th overall to lead the Lady Bears to a 7th place team finish.

All 13 intercollegiate varsity sports will join the NCAA Division III affiliated, 10-institution league based in the metropolitan region.

The Hill Center is the first new building on the Brooklyn Campus since 1965 and will be the first on-campus athletics venue.
